CASE MANAGER AND CBRS

Answers LLC is looking for hard working, organized, and committed individuals for Case Managers/CBRS. Case managers work in collaboration with the client, family, and professional team to work towards goals outlined in the Individualized Treatment Plan. Case managers will link, and coordinate services and resources based on the client’s needs. CBRS Workers/Skill Building Paraprofessionals will provide services and teach mental and behavioral skills to clients based on the Individualized Treatment Plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory
  • Must pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Department of Health and Welfare
  • Must be detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills to perform the required documentation, assessments, and interventions. Computer proficiency required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Self-Starter manages his/her time wisely with little to no supervision.
  • Experience with mental health population is preferred.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments and transportation for clients
  • Coordination with other service providers
  • Assistance with paperwork and insurance/benefit maintenance
  • Providing other resources and referrals to adults and children to help meet goals.
  • Implementing skill building exercises in the home and community based on therapist recommendations. 

This Position will be primarily in the Idaho Falls area with possible traveling to the surrounding cities of Rigby, Rexburg, and Blackfoot.

Rate of pay: $17.00-$20.00

PEER and FAMILY SUPPORT

Answers is looking for highly motivated Peer and Family Support Specialist to provide support services to clients with mental illnesses. 

Peer and Family Specialist will function as a role model to peers; exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills; serve as a consumer advocate, providing consumer information and peer support for clients in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assist clients in articulating personal goals for recovery using one-to-one sessions. 
  • To provide individualized, ongoing guidance, coaching and support.
  • To provide training in the use of personal and community resources.
  • Assist in developing formal and informal community supports.
  • Assist the person served in increasing social support networks of relatives, friends and/or significant others.
  • To offer encouragement in times of crisis.
  • To advocate on behalf of persons with behavioral health problems to protect the client’s rights and to assist in reducing associated stigma.
  • To work in cooperation with other providers, family members or significant others involved in the client’s recovery plan.

Requirements:

Preferred applicant will already have their Peer Support Certification or Family Support Certification or be scheduled to take an upcoming training.
